NGA Design Studio developed the conceptual design for a dynamic community center celebrating the rich history and culture of the local community. Designed as a vibrant hub for collaboration, entrepreneurship, and the arts, the center is anchored by a two-story coffeehouse focal point featuring a library above.

The thoughtfully planned space includes coworking areas, private business suites, podcasting studios, retail spaces, meeting rooms, a boardroom, and a fully equipped commissary kitchen. A dedicated art showcase highlights the creative legacy of Indiana Avenue, while a grand staircase doubles as tiered seating, serving as a flexible gathering space for events and discussions.
