We developed the design and construction documentation for a boutique hotel crafted from repurposed shipping containers, offering a unique urban escape that blends sustainability with modern comfort. The retreat features five thoughtfully designed sleeping units, including one ADA-accessible unit, ensuring inclusivity for all guests.

In addition to the private accommodations, the development includes a dedicated community unit that serves as a meeting space, fostering social interaction and relaxation. A spa room with a sauna booth enhances the guest experience by providing a space for wellness and rejuvenation.

A key aspect of the project was preserving the site's natural beauty. We strategically integrated the hotel layout to save all existing trees, creating a tranquil setting that harmonizes with the environment. This design approach enhances privacy, reduces environmental impact, and reinforces the project’s commitment to sustainability.
